Red Cords
The triple-braided Red Cord is a symbol and tool of Dedication within many forms of Witchcraft. For instance, all dedicated members of my own Tradition should have an wear their Red Cords during ritual whenever possible — and certainly during Sabbats and Coven workings.
There are lots of reasons why you might choose to have someone else make your Red Cord, and all of them are valid. I am happy to help with this, if you’d like!
What you’ll receive:
Three individual red braids that have been braided into a larger/thicker braid
No loop, but one side will have “flails” (unless you specify “no flails”) — This makes it easier to braid together with the Black and White Cords at your RTA 1st Degree Initiation
Constructed from red 100% cotton yarn — unless another color or fiber have been requested
It can take a week or two for me to get this cord braided and shipped to your address.
